Pros

Nothing is positive. There are no process

Cons

No proper process in work as well as organisation. Torcher employees to work from 9-9 where as manager will come from 12-8. No work life balance. No growth. No work exposure.

Pros

1. Company's core value is to be respectful to one another, which has established a great culture at Datawrkz. 2. Upper Management is very approachable and open to suggestions/ recommendations. They focus on solving the problem rather than playing the blame game. 3. You are never restricted to the role you were hired for. In addition to your profile, you can take up multiple roles based on your skills and interests. 4. Results, and only results are rewarded. 5. Smart people to work with and learn from, leading to quality work for the clients.

Cons

In regards to the Account Management Team: 1. Heavy workload 2. Absence of a dedicated manager for a long time which led to delayed feedback and support when required by the Account Managers 3. Almost no team meetings which could help in brainstorming ideas and learning from others' accounts

Thank you for your detailed and balanced feedback. To address some of the pain points you mentioned: - We have historically looked to hire when we get more clients but realized that this leads to a lag between the increase in work and people required to do the work. We've now become more proactive about anticipating growth in business and hiring ahead of time. I would hope this reduces the chances of having a consistently heavy workload - We now have regular joint client reviews so the team gets to learn from each other. We will review other ways to make the cross-learning process more effective. I fully agree this is critical - The culture is something that we're proud of at Datawrkz. We need people like you to come back and help ensure it's maintained while we go through our current stretch of rapid growth :)!

Cons

1. No clearly defined processes or workflows 2. Top management decisions are disconnected from on-ground realities 3. Poor resource allocation, lack of expert personnel for execution 4. Unrealistic expectations with no understanding of bandwidth 5. Overburdened teams leading to compromised output quality And then there’s the “Townhall”, honestly, it’s a complete joke. It’s marketed as an open forum where employees can ask the top management anything, but in reality, the CEO only picks and answers the questions he wants. It’s less of a dialogue and more of a scripted monologue. I’ve personally raised concerns multiple times about employee burnout, workload overload, and high attrition, and those questions are conveniently skipped. The CEO selectively chooses what to address, and when he does read out a question, it’s often rewritten or watered down to suit the narrative. Once, someone asked about increasing the number of leaves. The HR’s response? “You already have Saturdays and Sundays off.” That response says everything about how seriously employee well-being is taken here.
