Since the pandemic, there have been a lot of accommodating changes made by the company to ensure everyone felt safe, while also maintaining consistency. As we are slowly transitioning back to the office, they have made sure we felt comfortable to make that return. Even while working remotely, the company stayed consistent on maintaining weekly team calls to keep communication open, held team members accountable so that we are moving our company towards our 10-year target/ goals, and ensured the right people were in the right seats to help make that happen.
