      bit of flexibility in work and place to learn new things.

      Cons

      Bad management support, no policy and process, very bad salary and a difficult growth. Management doesn't involve in employee engagements and not keen to see if employees are happy or not...overall a very bad place to work.

      Stupid rules. Work 3 hours overtime and nothing is said. Clock in at 2 minutes past the hour and get into trouble.

      Some very Interesting and quality products Many good people work here No other pros here choose how hard you look

      Old school leadership Company image not same as reality Not much diversity. Most of workforce been there all there life and know no different Investment only in funded new MoD projects
