      There’s definitely some pros with working at this company such as a nice atmosphere great people to talk to the shows are amazing

      Cons

      It’s a lot of work you’re gonna put in a lot of hard hours and not always have a lot of time afterwards for personal life

      Pros

      Get to work with creative and Talented people. Work on great shows

      Cons

      Management is a revolving door, corporate doesn’t care about employees at any level. Employees are seen as a number rather than a person. Micromanaging and often negative remarks, comments and overall working conditions are gloom within the company itself. Employees have to beg for simple needs that are necessary and or essential for props, stage, sound, lighting and even safety. Almost nothing is up to code or Osha standards.
