      Awful. Awful. Awful.

      Pros

      You get your own office and you can shut the door to avoid the criminals & sex offenders they keep hiring.

      Cons

      Micro management. You can't really take any PTO with out at least 6 emails about it from the President. Constant sexual harassment by management & coworkers. Tiered pay that goes down to minimum wage. Lack of real leads. Terrible benefits. $400 a month that mysteriously vanishes from your paycheck. I could go on and on...

      If you are starving, you can get a paycheck and then give to charity when you find a real job

      Cons

      Very Restrictive Completely mislead clients Have only generated 14 ideas that have made money in 20 years Most if not all top producers have never made money for a single client, but they show their paychecks on the wall like that is all that matters National Trade Commission fined them 25 million dollars for illegal practices
