Pros

Starting salary was above market average

Cons

Senior Leadership are directionless and clueless Job security is low. Many staff made redundant or fired at a moments notice Job roles are murky so you end up doing everything All Directors are just glorified heads of department and are micro managing, passive aggressive bullies If you’re not based in Gibraltar you are accused of not working If your Microsoft teams light goes amber whilst you’re making a coffee, expect a message asking where you are and what work you’ve got done Amount of meetings is a joke to the point nothing gets done Anyone with an ounce of industry knowledge or experience is left. Only people that remain are failures of other gambling companies looking for an elevated title DAZN runs the show although they shouldn’t be involved Irresponsible practices are encouraged and revenue from dodgy sources is ignored The UK product is awful and no one is interested so long as other areas make more money because they’re not as regulated Company equipment is awful Remote meetings are inaudible yet you are accused of being disengaged as you can’t hear anyone No progression. Just one big club as all directors are friends that have previously worked together If your face doesn’t fit you are pushed out Drug culture on staff nights out Management take credit for all work No recognition No one speaks a positive word about each other, instead pressured for more results Work across multiple time zones so inevitably work life balance is horrific No actual plan, just live day by day Priorities change at any given notice and often projects are started but incomplete Massive turnover of staff

Hello - grateful that you took the time to leave us a review. So sorry that you experienced #officepolitics - we pride ourselves that hard work and innovation is recognised and rewarded, but are always looking to improve on this, so appreciate this call out. We're so proud of our colleagues, the people who join us in our mission and who choose to work for us, day in, day out - their work never goes unnoticed and we're going to build on the foundation we have to go from strength to strength. We wish you the absolute best.
