      Big Mistake!!

      Pros

      It was close to home. Some people were very sweet and helpful.

      Cons

      This place is terrible and management is the worst. Very unprofessional like nothing I've ever seen. My department was filled with hardworking people but we constantly got yelled at and cussed at by management.

      Pros

      Deco has a very young, fun, and exciting office culture with a lot of team spirit. Coworkers are extremely competent and a pleasure to work with. The company encourages creative expression, and everyone is free to share their ideas. It is a fast-growing and extremely innovative company that is passionate about improving the environment and reducing energy consumption.

      Cons

      None that I can see so far, but the company is growing extremely quickly and constantly evolving. The culture is very young and fast-paced, so individuals coming from traditional corporate offices may not feel comfortable in such an expeditious environment.
