      dedicated route, decent pay, good supervisor

      Cons

      lack of training, poor communication, late loads, poor loaded trailers, working into a holiday and Saturdays, overloaded cages that have to be pushed/pulled up inclines and in snow, parts heavier than the 75# they advertise,

      the pay difference between working hourly/daily and working daily over the road routes is terrible - they pay hourly and those home every night better then those that are over the road and out overnight 2-3 nights of the week. No wonder they can not keep drivers. and the pay for working the dock is terrible for the work that they do. No pay raises either with this company

      pay checks never bounced tractors no bad

      they do not care about safety,overloaded cages no equipment to unload engines transmission.hurt my back trying to get 300lb tranny on lift gate.went on wc and was fired after two years
