I got written up by a customer's safety consultant that we were working for ONE time, in my entire tenure there, and I am fired and sent home the next day. And was told by one of the people firing me that it was happening because they were really trying to land a contract with this particular customer.

Never get 28 days straight.. rob your paycheck, work you 40 hrs in 3 to 4 days then send you to a hotel and sit until next pay period, very little OT. They abuse you and you get no reward. Rarely promote from within hire from the outside. Set up in hotels far from sites so the girl in the office can get the choice points for personal use. Paid for 14 hours but hotels so far away should be 16. Could go from working days to nights and back to days. The scheduler never spent time in the field to understand the work. People promoted right and left in the office, they create jobs for people in the office, but we suffer. Difficult to communicate to office, woman don’t care or have no clue.
