Pros

Small call center. Somewhat flexible hours. Unscripted. Easy to learn job skills. Laid back environment for the most part. Casual dress. "Open door policy". Majority of coworkers can become friends. Encouraged by leadership to improve personal and professional growth (aka don't anticipate to work here long). Parent company occasionally provides breakfast and lunch, birthday celebrations are monthly and cake is provided.

Cons

Outdated equipment. Unprofessionalism. Lack of leadership skills from those in leadership positions. Favoritism. Inconsistent policies with "create as we go" mentality and mostly regarding things of the least concern to improving the business for customers and employees. Hours are flexible until they are in a "mood" of not being flexible. "Open door" policy is not always open, depending on your concerns and who you speak with, you could be met with one-sided responses and dishonest/haphazard attempts to curb said concerns. Take advantage of the good workers while allowing others to slack. Poor pay with less than poor standards of who is hired. Good workers are not paid for their hard work and efforts. If disliked by any member of leadership, you will know, some are "cliquey".
