Decent pay for part time (even though DTI pays even better)

Cons
If you are a male and a network tech, you most likely will be placed into the garage which features obsolete equipment and things you would never use in an IT career.
Advancement is near impossible for IT workers. Positions must be approved by the head which will never happen. They just don't understand the needs of IT.
Some not so nice people work for the organization and pretty much nothing will ever change that.
