      Pros

      The people I worked with on assignments. I've met a group of wonderful people that I'm grateful of.

      Cons

      A particular staffing agent is a wolf in sheep clothing. She is not for her staff and likes to act like we're her property and not humans. Please take this comment as something I've experienced as well as all of the people I've worked with on assignment. There are other staffing agents who are wonderful it's just that one woman who is awful.

      Poor leadership. Not trained in developing or managing, leading employees. Mean girl club.

      I'm sorry that you left Delta Dallas feeling this way. That being said, I don't understand your review. I don't recall anyone leaving with 3-4 years as a recruiter and I'm surprised it would take someone that long to figure out a place was so wrong for them. Our leadership team, of three, has been in place for years and we all do have experience. We do our best to make Delta Dallas a great place to work and we don't get many complaints, especially from people that work here three plus years.
