      Truly an example of what a small business should be.

      Pros

      The owner is absolutely hands down one of the nicest, most goodhearted and generous people I have ever met. I was hired on as seasonal help and through encouragement and hard work I have worked my way up to sales and service. Going to work every day is like going to see a group of friends and work on a project together. I never dread getting out of bed and going to work.

      Got me into a job relatively quickly

      Low pay, terrible work environment at the job I was placed at, then talked down to me when I told them I was quitting.

      Pros

      Small family atmosphere, everyone willing to help each other and share the workload. Are always able to work around your personal needs.

      Cons

      Sometimes things get a little bit to much of a crisis mode and you have to drop what you are doing to get the most important things done first.
