      Good place to work if you are not proactive

      Pros

      Place with a lot of potential. There are experts in many different fields. Relaxed environment, good working conditions and work/life balance. Good place to work if you don't like stress or change in general.

      Cons

      Extremely slow moving company. Personal subjects are completely ignored, it doesn't matter if it's a personal issue or new ideas to improve products. There is never feedback and problems are swept under the carpet instead of being resolved.

      The political games take a lot out of the possibilities of this company. To get promotion you have to be very good friend with management.
