Pros

Don't have to deal with the public. No customer service aspect to the job (auditor). Starting pay is ok ($14.50). Can eat snacks at your desk.

Cons

Office is a terrible mess. Cleaning people rarely come. Trash overflows and everything smells. Owner works in the office and smokes. No windows, so the cigarette smoke just accumulates in the office. It's nasty, but they don't care. Cameras everywhere. If you do anything that they deem even remotely suspicious on camera they will come for you. Absolutely no cell phones allowed in the building. Strict attendance policy. Even one minute late will count as an 'occurrence' and you will be disciplined.

Management is horrible, they treat there employees like crap. the office environment sucked you couldn't even laugh or talk with each other without getting yelled at. they came around everyday twice a day to make sure you were wearing the correct and proper work clothes, which was fine but twice a day come on...... A lot of rethinking in management and supervisors

Was able to make alot more money than previous call center job. Without any collections jobs before delta I wasnt sure this was for me but after good training and management help I love it.

Cons

people talking negatively about delta are usually not working.
