      A global company with plenty of opportunities for hard workers. Lots of industry experts, happy to share their knowledge Fast paced Some excellent periods of female leadership created an inclusive and rewarding culture

      Cons

      Top heavy organisation, with frequent culls undermined stability and, ultimately, staff morale. Woeful periods of aggressive management by limited and needy individuals undermined and reversed any gains. Unrealistic pricing pressure from clients drove a race to the bottom
