This might be a acceptable starting place for a very junior person to learn the ropes for a little while, but keep your resume updated - CEO tends to fire on a whim with no notice. More senior level people - search LinkedIn and see how many people with solid experience have lasted less than a year at DELVE. Now - go find a different place to work.

Started with a brand new computer. Pay and benefits were good for Boulder area.

Cons

They can’t figure out how to streamline their business or how a real business should function. Leadership is mostly uninspiring and have horrible communication about the truth of the goals of the company or how they will get there. Leadership constantly harp on values they've created, although none of leadership follows them. There are tenured employees who have created a 'click' and it shows.

DELVE is an international company with over half of its team in Europe, resulting in a rich blend of cultures, perspectives, and expectations. We do our best to share information openly and honestly with our team despite differences in time zones and communication styles. We are growing rapidly, learning as we grow and acknowledge that we have many areas (budgeting being one) that we need to work on. Thank you for sharing your feedback.

good if you're located in belarus and happy making $800 a month. unlimited job security in that case. none in the USA except they pay for health insurance.

Cons

too many to list, but take 20 minutes and search linkedin for former employees of all levels and ask them. you will get 100% negative feedback guaranteed (especially feedback on senior leadership). there is a culture of greed and immorality in leadership that benefits mostly 1 person. i feel truly sorry for the people still hanging in there despite the fact that they all know this review is 100% accurate.
