      Pros

      Plenty of tasks to do as the company strives for further growth. Company has a start up feel, where you are empowered to make a difference and an impact. This makes for an exciting work environment.

      Cons

      Need to be able to prioritise between deadlines. At times, it can therefore be stressful as the company is under-resourced in places, and expectations of delivery are high and usually under pressure. There are career opportunities in certain departments, but none in others.
