Very skilled colleagues and client-specific talent.

Cons

HR double-crossed me during post-maternity negotiations, unclear flexible working policies.

Pros

- Some really great people who make the chaos just about bearable (but also some egos) - Great view in the London office - Big client names - Decent pay if you join from outside

Cons

I don't know how it will survive if it continues as it has been between the - Lack of operational structure - Regular redundancies and staff scared they'll be next even though they are drowning in the work coming in - Crazily overworked staff, especially creative and design - Winning new clients but barely having staff to service them so impacting client relationships - Hiring senior management positions but not replacing leavers + doers

Pros

Good clients and methodology but too top heavy

Cons

Focused on creative output so if you’re interested in comms, great. But their innovation creds don’t march the hype. Not good culture for working parents.
