      Pros

      Provide Bus and Canteen facility for staff.

      Cons

      There is no system,very bad working culture,no job security any time you will ask to leave your position,Low educated seniors who doesn't know the system & does not support to new employees.far way from the system.even small workshop is better than this organisation.

      ethical workplace, Shreeja Madam is best at DEC, trains guides and treats with respect, salary is always on time, bonus is 20%, good place for hardworking people, Bus facility and canteen facility

      Weekly off is on Thursday
