Pros
Wages and benefits are pretty good
Cons
They have non-degreed/no formal training (like NONE) individuals in supervisory/managerial/general oversight positions. Non-professional environment in many ways. Somewhat hostile work environment with some supervisors/mgrs best described as old school barbarians. This is likely due to lack of company policy. If you are a fully degreed engineer, you may find this environment very stressful. I observed rather brutal treatment of fellow employees besides myself being subjected to this hostility. This is not to say all the mgr's/supervisors are a bunch of savages at this firm, but it's a crap-shoot if you go to work for them. I do not recommend this firm as a choice employer, as you may find yourself subjected to ridiculous deadlines with no learning curve and general hostility. BUT, if you desperately need to earn an honest dollar, the pay and benefits are not bad, just hang in there until you can move on to a better work environment.
