Pros
I particularly enjoyed working with my team; we had a fantastic dynamic, and the experience was initially rewarding. The company offered exciting opportunities initially, and the environment was collaborative and energetic.
Cons
Unfortunately, as the company grew rapidly, it faced significant growing pains. Management, particularly middle management, struggled to adapt to the increasing demands. Communication and planning were poor, which ultimately led to some major setbacks.
