If you kiss butt you will have a job if you just do your work you will be fired. Management runs the place like its there own playground

Really good company to work for. Will always have work to do, positive atmosphere, and great people to work with.
Cons
For a younger person straight out of high school it is a great job to get your foot in the door if you are wanting a future in the automotive industry, but for someone in their early 20's not so much. The pay just isn't there for someone trying to get out on their own and start their life.
