      Pros

      - good pay - shuttle and car service provided - 13th, 14th month pay; performance bonus (dependent on bank performance and employee performance) - good training ground for fresh graduates - better than other BPOs (I think) - no graveyard shift - opportunities for vertical and lateral movement

      Cons

      - long hours - POLITICS. POLITICS. POLITICS - hard to go up since other employees are 'favored' - graduates from leading universities are prioritized - management does not tale care of their employees (maybe it's only in my department) - work is toxic (but satisfying if you're a workaholic)

      - Salary slightly higher compared to other competitors Fostering activities - Good training and exposure esp. if career is in finance - technology. - 14th month pay

      Cons

      - Workload - prepare to work at least 12hrs a day or more and on weekends. - High attrition and challenges in getting replacements (e.g. freeze hiring, approvals), thus work is absorbed by remaining team members. - Bonuses not as big as previous years - Promotion will be subject depending on available position and level for specific role
