Good place to work if you work in big projects

Cons
If you work in a small project you won't have a career path or any possibility to grow or to be promoted in the company. Also, there is no agile or software methology implemented in the project only estimate task and work on a pile of task. You won't be introduce to the client unless absolutely necessary (if you have any question or comment about the task, you have to talk to the PM or the TechLead and they talk to the client; if you are lucky you can access a Jira board and leave your comments or questions in name of the company). They offered technical talks and learning opportunities but access them is extremely difficult and a very slow process. Additionally they had a long time ago hobbie clubs and an English Club, but they are basically dead. The company is a growing company, but still have a startup mindset in the negative ways, but every company start little and maybe someday this will change.
