I'm surrounded by amazing co-workers.

Cons

Management was a complete disaster, filled with bullies who thrived on control and intimidation. Verbal abuses and constant insults weren't rare-they were the norm. The environment was so toxic, it became impossible to concentrate without feeling beaten down.

Just another one of those stressful jobs where you get constantly disrespected by clients, sometimes yelled at and insulted. Even you manager's horrible at you, there's no where else to go to find peace!

A few creative Projects were exciting to work on.

Cons

The account director gave conflicting instructions, leaving employees caught between unrealistic client demands and leadership's last-minute changes. There was no real strategy, just reacting to whatever problem came up that day. Instead of developing a solid client management plan, employees were expected to figure it out on their own with no guidance.
