      The people that work at FNCB are amazing, very hardworking, ready to help anytime there is a need. They will often overwork themselves to help with duties.

      Cons

      Understaffed and management is so busy with their own tasks that there is no direct supervision. Everyone is left to their own devices, work is rarely checked, which creates an opportunity for people to fly under the radar if they aren't the hardest workers.

      Cons

      Very difficult to book time off, constant procedure and policy changes that are then reversed. Relentlessly busy. Long hours, minimum amount of time for lunch. And lunches scheduled at ridiculous times. Shifts patterns with poor work life balance
