      People. Few. But they were amazing.

      Cons

      Opportunities and excuses for the favorites: some people were able to be promoted twice in 2 years, insensitive tone and statements were tolerated. Not a merit based culture

      the company has fairly good welfare benefits compare to others in Korea. Which brought lots of good people in.

      The leaders of the company tends to choose everything and sometimes changes their mind and throw away what you've done for months.

      Don't think the developers know much of he gaming industry. They are trying way too hard to get their games to be massive They flew to close to the sun They are selling out to their undecent fans due to how much money they threw out in the process
