      The people who are drawn to this work naturally have personality and flair Regular free theatre/musical tickets Casual day-to-day interactions Can eat at your desk Work from home for most departments Time off between Christmas and the new year period Annual anonymous feedback

      Cronyism ran a bit rife They ask questions re improvement and training and offer no follow up Higher management had a habit of asking questions and then answering them, making you feel as though it's covered, without necessary follow up Noticed harassment Expected to work overtime for free when the "Pitching Process" begins, which could last a full week
