Pros
The work is relatively easy though it can be mentally stressful.
Cons
When they hire you they tell you that every stage you move up you will be getting a raise. what they don't say is that they encourage you to add alot of unpaid extra work to yourself both in and outside of work and the raises are a few pennies an hour each time and after you are fully trained you don't get raises after that. Also there is alot of drama and back biting during work.
