      “More Hunger Games than workplace”

      Pros

      Most of the employees are nice.

      Cons

      Management is still in the process of establishing systems and workflows, resulting in frequent trial-and-error (lately a lot of error). Limited project pipeline at the moment. Salary is too low.

      - very low salary when compared to the industry standard. Barely enough to keep up with inflation - moving up the ladder is challenging - Some employees work full-time from home, while others are not allowed the same benefit
