Pros

On the surface this place looks good, Its a modern facility, and very clean. If you have an ounce of talent you'll get hired because turnover is very high. The real talented individuals realize there is no recognition and reward and leave within a year or so. It's an unfortunate waste of time and I was mislead into believing there was potential here.

Cons

An unfortunate truth is this place is poorly managed and often dealing with mistakes due to the lack of a competent cohesive work force which results in chaotic, hasty demands and everyone blaming everyone but themselves. No one accepts responsibility and it starts at the top. The blind are leading the blind here. There is no order of authority, those who are supposed to manage aren't competent enough to do it efficiently and effectively and those who have no real authority at all try to assert themselves above their capacity. In two words I would label this place a 'Sinking Ship' .

This is a complete lie, the company is always helping everyone in there job, and is always offering input to improve. There is no place for people in a company that do not take responsibility for there work and can not accept input from anyone. The company is growing and has added over 8000 square feet. The company has added over 10 multi axis machines in the last two years. DTI has also added 3D printing of Medical implants, one of a kind in the US. (NOT A COMPANY SINKING) ""The true is always in the work, not in the words."" We face the same challenges as other companies, getting people that want to take responsibility.

Pros

According to owners, "You are lucky you have a job", as repeatedly spoken by Disanto owners.

Cons

Disanto does not honor promised raises or promised bonuses. If you have a job offer from Disanto make it as much as possible, you will probably not get a raise or bonus. Only 90 employees work there, but they have hired and created more than 200 employee ID #'s in the last 3 years. Employee retention is very short and they do not attempt to keep longer term employees. The management expressed to longer term employees, "if you want more than 2 weeks vacation, this may not be the place to work". Disanto Technology does not value employees. They value their machines more than the employees. All employees, including salary and management except for the owners have to punch a time clock. No exceptions! If you go out to lunch you have to punch out.
