no black people (african descent) in any senior/top levels of the company. check out their board members as a key indicator how representative this is. No management skills or empathy from the overpaid top level staff.

Genuinely great products. Some first class technical engineers.

Cons

Arrogant, disrespectful exec directors who terrorise more junior staff and treat employees with utter contempt. Fact that CFO is now appointed as acting CEO is terrifying - and shows the depths to which the board and company has plummeted. She’s presided over multiple profit warnings with impunity - why isn’t there any top level accountability? Unbelievable.
