American company that do care for quality and needed renovation

toxic and/or unqualified upper management, useless processes, updated/cheap "innovation" or new products/services... wasting a lot of time, motivation & energy leading to high turnover.

Pros

Free parking (really all I can say)

Cons

Chaos. Lots of redundancies, zero job security. Under qualified supervisors & managers constantly getting promoted. Favouritism. Unrealistic set deadlines. Old tech & systems used make it harder to complete a simple job. Read your contract fully before signing (one can be fired for no reason without notice) Low salary.
