Pros

An international environment to learn about different cultures A large variety of retail products Heritage You will get on in this business if you have one key skill: being a man. That will assure your career advancement no matter what you do. The sales directors are amazing and put up with ill guidance and untruths from above.

Cons

Run by misogynistic, middle aged men, bigoted and reactive culture. A European boss, woefully out of his depth, who spent (common knowledge to us all) a couple of days a week on the golf course AKA “working from home” until VF showed up. Dishonest management.

Pros

Staff Discount and friendly employees who work very hard to make a positive impact. The sales teams are excellent!

Cons

Bullying is commonplace and senior management is out of its depth. There are few business leaders from an apparel and PPE background and it is clear that the workforce holds the business together.

Pros

If you do not know anything about the job it does not matter they will teach you everything you need to know.

Cons

Very poor salary, no flexibility at all and not encouragement whatsoever. No matter how hard you work they will never recognize it.
