      Interview round is very easy. you have to just translate the English setence to hindi.

      Cons

      don't go for job there they harass you. you have to take multiple calls throughout the day you get very little time on break. salary changes with your performance means you never get full salary. sometimes I missed the last local.

      Pros

      Gives the right environment for able employees to learn and grow in the hierarchy faster. Employee Relations team is sympathetic most of the time to the employees problem . Timely salary payout has improved in last 1 year.

      Cons

      F&F gets delayed, had AC issues during peak summers in Noida.
