      Can't seem to thing of one

      -PTSD -Way to many clients for 1 to handle. -They prefer quantity over quality -no work life balance -founders are French so they value extra long hours and excessive work load - pay is awful

      4.5 day work week Ability to work from abroad for some weeks 3-5 weeks of PTO Amazing team

      Cons

      Work-life balance is a myth Terribly slow improvement of SOPs even though flaws of current SOPs are apparent (or even complete absence of, in some cases) Mediocre salary for the amount of stress
