      Great Small Digital Shop with Nice People

      Interesting projects from a creative and technical perspective. Nice co-workers. Management knows they're lucky to have the team they have, so work-life balance is good.

      Management's internal disagreements sometimes cause confusion around a project or the best process.

      Reasonable hours, really lovely co-workers, free lunch on Fridays, free drinks and snacks, and a great place to learn about tech solutions such as Pattern Lab

      Not a lot of variety in the work, technology resources and planning need to be improved, the office needs to be renovated
