This company has potential and a brilliant team, but the micromanagement is overwhelming.
Cons
There’s little to no room for autonomy, and leadership feels completely disconnected from employees. Innovation and ideation are nonexistent, as the work environment discourages creativity and independent thinking. Teamwork and trust are also lacking, making collaboration difficult. If you thrive in a structured, top-down environment, this might work for you—but if you value autonomy and professional growth, this may not be the best place.
