Great people. Good work life balance. Flexible working.
Cons
No structure, no clear proposition, no creative work, unless you like programmatic banners and the work other agencies in the group don't want to do.
Advice to Management
You are an agency full of T-shaped generalists, while trying to be a specialist agency; Decide what you are, then commit to it. Be bold.

Apparently this place had personality at one point.
Cons
There is the creation of new initiatives, new platforms, new new new, rather than trying to find something that just works and sticking to it. New things implemented are made worse further by being given ’witty’ names rather than being named for clarity. The place is all about ticking those boxes without creating real change. Parent company Publicis tries to solve problems by spending money with little thought or... effort. Atmosphere is a boys’ club. Flexible working isn’t actually flexible. Pays below industry standard for the area.

Potential to become a decent digital agency now that a new CCO has started, wait and see...
Cons
No performance reviews for 3 years, no leadership, no career progression or training or upskilling, poor communication, lack of work, especially creative work, no atmosphere, lazy HR. Lots of 'workshops' and 'talks' within the group but little interest or understanding of their employees day to day.

Make fundamental changes to the way you manage people.

Historically was full of smart, motivated people looking to change the world
Cons
Since the 2017/2018 the business has been under new management and almost all talent has been stripped from the business. There is a toxic culture and total lack of vision. The business was once led by entrepreneurs and pioneers and is now run by project managers and accountants...

nice office space / flexible working
Cons
leadership team are always unavailable / distant No respect for current employees when moving office. Jobs were not respected and when people had to leave because of no career progression they then hire someone new on a higher salary. Lot of dishonesty around companies financial future rely heavily on Publicis groupe

Respect your current employees and have a better system in place for reviews and pay increases
