    Cons

No structure, no clear proposition, no creative work, unless you like programmatic banners and the work other agencies in the group don't want to do.

I have been working at Digitas full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Apparently this place had personality at one point.

    Cons

There is the creation of new initiatives, new platforms, new new new, rather than trying to find something that just works and sticking to it. New things implemented are made worse further by being given ’witty’ names rather than being named for clarity. The place is all about ticking those boxes without creating real change. Parent company Publicis tries to solve problems by spending money with little thought or effort. Atmosphere is a boys’ club. Flexible working isn’t actually flexible. Pays below industry standard for the area.

I have been working at Digitas full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Potential to become a decent digital agency now that a new CCO has started, wait and see...

    Cons

No performance reviews for 3 years, no leadership, no career progression or training or upskilling, poor communication, lack of work, especially creative work, no atmosphere, lazy HR. Lots of 'workshops' and 'talks' within the group but little interest or understanding of their employees day to day.
