Pros
While at Digiterre I worked with several great teams on (mostly) greenfield projects. Using new technologies we solved some pretty interesting problems for a variety of companies in the finance/insurance sector. Work never became boring, and everyone involved was knowledgeable and always open to share their wisdom. Well stocked kitchen. Nice balcony for drinks on a Friday afternoon. More biscuits than a human can possibly eat.
Cons
Work can become very fast paced in order to meet client requirements (Although we never had to work overtime). Being able to context switch is a must.
