      A few good people work there,go to the same places, new trucks

      Turn their backs on you,rules change every minute, favorite drivers are first.

      Pros

      Management usually leaves you alone as long as you do your job. Home weekly and all new equipment. They have their own shop in Kingman so services and maintenance can be done while your at home.

      Cons

      Over night expedited. Their main customer expected to have loads ready at 8 pm. Sometimes the load is ready at 5pm, sometimes it's ready at 1am.

      Pros

      Decent pay, and lunch provided one day a week.

      Cons

      COLD, cold management--no I take that back. FRIGID managers that stare at you as though they think you are an idiot, plus one that cannot be spoken unless necessary, and the owner acts like you do not even exist. He doesn't even say hello! This is a company that has less than 20 people in the office, but he can't even say hello. No radio, no laughter, and no conversation other than bare minimum for work related conversations. The strangest place I have ever worked at. They MICRO--manage every move, and I mean EVERY MOVE!
