-No couch from your boss or upper management.
-No bonus, no promotion, no Christmas party or bonus, no any gift to employees due to any holiday/birthday/season.
-Opinion: You have to be very careful about implementing or proposing process improvements on this company. You will find a lot of constraints on the process: Upper management is not really interested of its business being changed, unless they find a problem....they will look for somebody to blame and then, you can make your proposal.
This company is perfect for "yesmen" or "yes-soldier" and people that like to chit-chat every morning with their bosses. If you are not that way....be careful on any job offer for this company.
