Pros
I enjoyed the laid-back atmosphere here. Bill and Beverly, the co-owners were a pleasure to work for, like family - really. They were flexible in regards to some of my personal needs (having a child, enduring a shoulder injury). The work itself was mostly bookkeeping, HR related activity along with some office management and events coordination. I loved wearing many hats for DII.
Cons
The only negative I can think of is since they are a smaller agency and at the time they were starting to on board more personnel - I wish the benefits had been better but this is 2 years later - maybe their benefits are better now.
