This position was a Receptionist/HR Assistant position if we are recalling correctly and so yes, the advancement opportunities tend to be limited for this level of job, particularly with individuals who are in training mode. Overtime, like any tool to get work done, is used wisely and monitored carefully so as to prevent abuse so if it wasn't an option for someone, it's likely the daily work to be done was sufficient. We're wondering if you ever talked to your leader about your concerns. They seem "fixable" to us but require transparency in how you're feeling in order for the solution to be found.
