Once again, it's hard to punish your friends for acting inappropriately, isn't it? As long as sales people are bringing in sales, behaviour is ignored. When your upper management is acting just as inappropriate, how can you punish the same behaviour? Sales positions may be a 20-something-year-old's dream but if you're looking for some development and a culture that doesn't promote reckless and inappropriate behaviours, look on.
