Pros

None, really. I guess if you consider free beer a perk in which you can buy from the LCBO for $3.00 a tall boy TOPS.

Cons

- Poor, poor management. Management that will shut the doors in employee's faces when they have a concern (talk about low morale, much)? - People who have been in positions for a long time and are high performers who are underpaid. - Under-qualified management. Just because your bro from the gym seems like a good dude doesn't mean he'll be a good manager. Get some qualified people. The previous comments about sexual harassment and inappropriate behaviour are beyond accurate. It's AWFUL. Nothing is done when it's brought to the attention and Management. Once again, it's hard to punish your friends for acting inappropriately, isn't it? As long as sales people are bringing in sales, behaviour is ignored. When your upper management is acting just as inappropriate, how can you punish the same behaviour? Sales positions may be a 20-something-year-old's dream but if you're looking for some development and a culture that doesn't promote reckless and inappropriate behaviours, look on.
