      Pros

      Excellent work environment, Flexibility, Promotes Healthy Lifestyle & Great Benefits.

      Cons

      Not sure why all the negative reviewers would stay at Dirxion for 8,10 years plus if Sales, Nepotism, Lack of Leadership, etc... were issues. Your job search should have started years ago!

      Work-life balance, promotes healthy living, good benefits

      Cons

      Doesn't see the bigger picture of the company, no way to advance into upper management, its the CEO's way or no way, doesn't take ideas from other staff on improving business and branching out. Sales team was a joke, sounds like they still are, nepotism at its best.

      Pros

      Continuous ownership from day one has kept the company from varying off track. Settling for status quo for the product offerings is not an option.

      Cons

      I would encourage others to work in a more corporate environment first to fully appreciate the environment they work in.
