      Pros

      All departments have a well planned scheme of work and co planned resources. Great culture of learning together. Strong ATT, NQT and ECT programs to support accelerated progress. Well organised SLT team to support with behaviour. Strong systems and policies in place.

      There is a culture of working late every day.

      Staff are amazing, students have come a long way and i will miss them when i leave to move up north
