      the amazing clients , getting to take time off whenever and call out whenever

      Cons

      lack of support from supervisors and directors, toxic work environment created by supervisors and technicians, lack of hours and pay, full time does not exist at the company most you work is 15-25 hours a week

      Pros

      Making changes in kids and families lives and seeing the progress the kids make. Coworkers are awesome too and its a fun work environment

      Cons

      Client cancellations or schedule changes can cause you to miss out on some hours but there's sub sessions to make up for missed hours
