      Some nice colleagues who care for you as a human Development team appears well run

      Cons

      Executive team is unqualified and short-sighted Technology is expensive and sales are declining Trust lost from so many lay offs DEIB and values are a section on the company website, not much else All signs point to ditching remote workers

      Great Place for Performers

      Pros

      The people and leaders are really great to work with, and they generally operate at a very high level. I don't always agree with decisions and some of my ideas are passed on. But I see decisions to be well considered and driven by strong leadership. I feel listened to and valued, and I feel recognized. This is a great place if you are open to changes that a growing company will have. There is opportunity here, and the pace is fast but healthy. There is an expectation to perform and deliver.

      Good base but low on other financial incentives.
